Want to sell CRH shares

I keep reading headlines that CRH is buying back their shares from shareholders. I am a small shareholder and want to sell. I have rang CRH, Dublin, London and NYC each saying ring the other; Computershare, Two stock brokers and just getting the run around...... none of them want to provide information . Is their a small shareholder CRH help line. I mean HELP LINE . other companies were able to communicate with small shareholders when they wished to buy them out why cannot CRH. Any suggestions for a step by step action plan.....
