Want an extension,but are banks lending for them?

Tracker mortgage

No arrears

1 income €40000

No savings

9 years into mortgage with PTSB

Is there any point in looking for money from them
with what we hear about no lending going on?

Should I use my tracker as bargaining against
Any loan / mortgage extension

Any response welcome

If you have no savings then they are unlikely to offer you anything. I'd start there.

Whatever you do, don't give up or modify your tracker terms either.

If you are already finding it difficult going, how do you see borrowing more is going to put you in a getter place???

PTSB will lend for a top up under a new mortgage agreement but only upto 75% of the final valuation (with the new extension).
