Am I being cynical?
Am waiting for heating engineer to provide quote for new condenser boiler and a few xtra rads. He's dragging his feet and I wonder would he be hoping that when new SE grants can be applied for (after 23 March) he may be able to give higher quote knowing I may be subsidised.
That's all assuming that he'd be an authorised engineer for the grants and that I'd be applying for one!
