Waiting for 2% cashback from BOI

I recently drew down a mortgage with BOI and I'm waiting for my 2% cash back to hit my account. The t&c's say I should have the funds within 45 working days. I asked them if they could be more specific on that but they can't. I'm just wondering if anyone here has got their cash back and how long it took from draw down.
 
I drew down my mortgage on the 2nd December and the cash back was in my account on the 19th December.
 
I got my 2% today - so I drew down around 15/05 and got the cash back on 27/06. I don't know if its related but my first mortgage payment came out on 25/06.
