Voluntary Disclosure of Offshore Assets

I'm preparing a voluntary disclosure of Offshore Assets ahead of the May 1st deadline.

I've read the FAQs etc and have a question in relation to CGT calculation.

Can I avail of the annual allowance of €1,270 per annum or is that not available as I'm late paying the amount owed?

Your annual allowance is due regardless.

However, if you have any already-declared gains then you may have used the allowance already in some or all years...
