Hi I am looking into switching from an expensive Sky package ( entry level TV package and FTTC broadband @32 MB/s and home phone @ >130 euro per month ) to Vodafone for 1G/s broadband via FTTH and wondering if anyone has any experience of the Vodafone TV offering - in particular whether the TV service can be carried via a powerline adaptor to the TV rather than the recommended ethernet wired connection. This is because the TV is situated in another room from where the fibre enters the house and I want to avoid running a cable... Thanks for any advice

I'd advise you test the performance of powerline adaptors between the location of the modem and the sockets by the TV. They may work perfectly well, or they may even fail to connect to each other at all depending on your house wiring.
