I've been trying to send text message to a USA cell phone using the online facility. So far no success.
I'm using the 00 1 international access codes. Normally you'd drop the first zero in any cell/phone prefix, but the phone I want to reach doesn't have a zero so I'm using the full three digit area code, then the seven digit number.
eg. 00+1+123+1234567.
However, the phone owner has not received the messages.
What am I doing wrong?
