Virgin technical support

    I needed broadband support from Virgin in the past fortnight and I must say I was blown away by their service. UPC were very bad generally but things seem to have changed a lot since Virgin took over. The support line and options on the phone are clear and after pressing the correct options I was speaking to a tech support person in no time. I needed to call back a few times and each person I spoke to was most helpful. The engineer came when scheduled and not only fixed my issue (damaged coax cable) for free but asked my wife if we would be interested in putting in a 2nd BB connection point which he then did for nothing. It's not often good customer service gets mentioned but I think this time it's warranted.
