Video phone - alternative to Skype?

Have downloaded Skype and bought myself a webcam to be able to video phone my sister in the states.

She has a Mac though which doesn't seem to work with Skype for the video phoning - also she has dial up whereas I have broadband.

Does anyone know of an alternative website for video phoning whose product does work with Macs?
