VHI Vhi plan need help to reduce cost

Hi

I have two adult 42 and 47 and two kids 6 and 7 on vhi pmi3814. Normally good at reasearching but struggling to find a cheaper vhi plan i can move kids two. Total policy cost 4200 a year. Kids are 550. 7 year old has lots of little issues so really use day to day expenses. Really want 1 euro excess all day to day expenses including clinical physcology which was the only thing not covered on pmi 38 14. Otherwise happy with plan but renewal date 24th jan. We may be moving to 1 income in april so really nb

The following plan is worth considering for the 7 year old with clinical psycholgy visits included in day to day cover;
1. VHI Company Plan Extra Level 2 Excess; price 379pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered, private/hi-tech excess 125
per admission and 125 per day case procedure. Very good day to day cover 75% refund for gp, consultants, dental etc. Clinical psychology visits
allowed 40 x 12 visits, listed under psychiatric cover.

The following plan is worth considering for the 6 year old with good day to day cover;
2. VHI PMI 07 10; price 299pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospital covered, private/hi-tech excess 150 x 1 max excess per year for
all private/hi-tech admissions. Day case excess 50 per procedure. There is no excess to pay in any public hospital.

For the 2 adults, the following plans are worth considering, with emphasis on Option 3 in particular on price.

3. VHI PMI 07 10; price 1188pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered, private/hi-tech excess 150 x 1 max per year for all
admissions, day case excess 50 per procedure. There is no excess to pay in any public hospital. Good day to day cover included, 1 euro excess,
50% refund for gp, consultant, dental, physio etc.

4. VHI Company Plan Extra Level 1; price 1548pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered, no excess to pay in any hospital.
Good day to day cover included, 75% refund for gp, consultants, dental, physio etc.
