I would say more like 70k as a permie staff member.. unless its a large program manager role, in which case would warrant more.

You can be sure the range will be wide, and there will be much variation on what people in that role earn, and this will be based initially on on experience and how well they did at interview & negotiation stage, and subsequently on performance relative to expectations & peers.
