Year VHI Net Premium : €2,302.00
Mthly over 12 Mths = €191.83


VHI Say Gross amount is : €2,302.00 x 1.25 = €2,877.50
Mthly over 12 Mths = €239.79


The Company pay for The VHI Health in full. Which is the €191.83 per Mth DD. Staff member does not pay anything.

So, is it the €239.79 that is treated on the monthly payslip as BIK?
 
Yes that's correct.

The staff member should also have an extra tax credit for 20% of the gross premium
