We use Verizon business for calls here in work and have our line rental with Eircom.
I am finding it impossible to get in touch with verizon customer support. There is an email for dublin customer support and general customer support and also they provide an enterprise centre where you can load up your query and they get back to you fast. This site simply does not work, i have tried in form 2 pcs with both IE and firefox and simply cannot load the pages properly. The emails I sent two weeks ago are not answered, i have called the sales line and have been told that i have to go through the enterprise centre. My call was sent to a verizon warehouse in Wolverhampton once.
Does anyone have any number for Verizon?
