VAT on secondhand goods Query

I want to set up a website selling other people's secondhand goods for them. I know that I need to pay VAT on the fee I am paid for the service but I was just wondering am I obliged to charge VAT on the sale of the goods to the buyer? I won't own the goods and won't keep the purchase price - I pass that on to the owner of the goods minus my fee?

To be clear, I am not buying goods and selling them - just selling other people's goods - acting as their agent
