VAT on secondhand goods Query

I want to set up a website selling other people's secondhand goods for them. I know that I need to pay VAT on the fee I am paid for the service but I was just wondering am I obliged to charge VAT on the sale of the goods to the buyer? I won't own the goods and won't keep the purchase price - I pass that on to the owner of the goods minus my fee?

To be clear, I am not buying goods and selling them - just selling other people's goods - acting as their agent

google disclosed or undisclosed agent. depending on which one you are will decide your VAT status.

There is schemes for VAT but not sure if they would apply to you
