Hi
I am looking at joining an organisation that has the public sector pension scheme, an affiliated hospital but not a HSE hospital . I am in the private sector currently. I am just wondering given it is a variation of a DB scheme for this hospital that new entrants have and I don’t understand it fully when I am making my decision how much is it worth to me compared to my current employer where I am part of a PRSA scheme. I hope this makes sense.
