Value of Household Benifit package

I have been recently awarded, Electricity,Telephone and TV Licence. Can anybody tell me the value. I am in negociations with my bank to agree a repayment structure, and they need a value. They have been very helpful since my stroke. I need to give them a value of HBP inc VAT
