Value of Household Benifit package

I have been recently awarded, Electricity,Telephone and TV Licence. Can anybody tell me the value. I am in negociations with my bank to agree a repayment structure, and they need a value. They have been very helpful since my stroke. I need to give them a value of HBP inc VAT

ESB ....... 2400 units @ .16 per unit = 384
Phone......Euros 26 per month x 12 = 312
TV ......... Licence ...................... = 160


Total......... Annual ....................= 1168
