UTV versus UPC (NTL)

I have been offered a package by UPC for 3mb broadband, line rental and unlimited calls to Irish and UK landlines for €37 per month. This compares very favourably with my current provider, UTV, who charge €51 for practically the same. Has anybody much experience with UPC for this service and how good is it?

I found the phone line very poor quality. Which reminds me I must cancel it. My UPC BB is patchy too. People who have good BB connections (with UPC) seem to think the phone is ok.
