USIT liquidation

Hi my daughter has booked to go to Australia with Usit in September. They have now gone in to liquidation . As of now she has only her Visa for Australia,the flights were not booked as yet.
she has paid €1349 so far, €300 was for the visa. As Usit were fully bonded will there be refunds . If the bond does not refund can she use a chargeback with Visa debit .
I have read on the CCPC website that she can do this provided it is within 120 days. Any help on this is appreciated.

Did she pay it to USIT?

Hi Brendan . She was booking a certain package but they wanted more money than what was advertised. It was in the middle of being booked . Yes she paid USIT.

It's 120 days from when you knew about the issue, so the clock only started ticking 2 weeks ago.
