There's been some changes to the online PAYE\revenue MyAccount system for claiming tax credits.
The old PAYE Anytime system was very intuitive. I was a bit lost for a few minutes as to how to claim tax credits for a previous year e.g. 2017.
You need to select "Review Tax Credits" for the year in question, and then you must select the "Form 12" option for the year in question. That brings you through a Wizard where you can claim for various credits. The Wizard itself is easy to use.
