I hold US shares with Davy Select and periodically receive dividends. The dividends appear in Davy in Euros and I don't recall receiving any paperwork that shows the Gross Dividends and withholding tax amounts. I need this information to fill in Form 11. Please could you advise on how I can get hold of such information.
Thank you.

They are unbelievable bad at passing on this type of information considering their charges. I have a holding of UK shares and same story.

Most quoted US companies have a website showing the gross dividend they paid out along with the date.
Multply by the number of shares to get the gross dividend paid, deduct 15% tax withheld ey Hey Presto!

Davy are deducting more than 15% in total.. You might as well wait to the end of February next year when you get your tax statement from Davy and then submit to revenue

Have you filled in a W8-BEN?

This allows Davy to deduct 15%, otherwise they will deduct 30% I think
