Unreported cases: trying to locate a judgement made in the Supreme Court in 2004

I have been trying to locate a judgement made in the Supreme Court in 2004. As the case is as of yet unreported it's been particularly hard to locate. I have tried all the usual databases and websites but it has turned nothing. I have also emailed the office of the Supreme Court but they have not replied. Just wondering if anybody has any further ideas?

Try posting your question on the Irish Law site instead - www.irishlaw.org
If you have access to a university library they will have copies available too.

I have tried bailli.org and all similar websites including most of the subscription databases. I have since had an email from the Supreme Court office and I'm hopeful that they will be able to help me.
