Anyone out there getting a Unicredit Mortgage?
Just thought I would pass on some information that the Unicredit Mortgage Bank in Hungary has closed and that all the mortgage applications have been spread around the various UniCredit Corporate branches throughout Hungary.
Not good when you are trying to complete on a property - my situation. Currently the situation would be best categorised as a run away bus - where nobody knows who is driving, the passengers being the mortgage applicants.
Nobody knows which branch has my mortgage application - which was FULLY approved!
If anyone out there is applying for a mortgage through UniCredit right now you should be concerned - potentially serious delays.
