Unemployment benefit are taxable but is it PRSI taxable? does one earn prsi "Stamp" while on umemployment benefit? if unemployed one as obviously no employer so cannot be on prsi class A, so if it is prsi taxable what class should one pay on?

You won't be paying prsi on it, but you will be credited with a "stamp" for each week. The stamp will be at the same level you last payed before claiming, so usually class A.
