Underfloor heating and easyscreed or concrete

My builder is about ready to pour the floors in our new build. We have gone for 150mm floor insulation and underfloor heating laid on top. I am confused about whether the floor finish should be easy screed or standard concrete - i had presumed we had to use easy screed with the UFH but my builder says that he uses concrete as standard.

Any pros/cons of either?

Also what thickness should we go for in both types?

Any advice appreciated.

My advice would be let your builder do his job

If he uses concrete there should be an additive mixed in before pouring.
50mm to 75mm is plenty.

Easy screed much more expensive.
