Ulster sold mortgage - no trace of our restructure agreeement

Hi Brendan,

I hope you're well. Our mortgage is with Ulster bank and we have been included in the NPL sales to a vulture fund.
A solicitor acting on our behalf entered into an agreement with Ulster Bank in July 2018 to capitalise our mortgage. We have been paying our mortgage in full for a year with €350 off our arrears. Following a request (made in Aug 2018) of the telephone recording with our solicitor agreeing to capitalise our mortgage we received correspondence in April 2019 to say they could not locate the recording however they don't doubt that it took place offering us €150 in compensation. As our mortgage is to be sold over and they cannot locate the recording they cannot comment on the capitilisation.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to pay for the solicitor to continue to represent us. We are desperate to secure our family home for our children and would like Ulster Bank to honour our agreement however it looks like we'll be sold before that can happen.
Would appreciate any advise you might have.
Kind regards,
