Ulster Bank have increased their 1 year term deposit rate from 0.20% AER fixed to 0.60% AER fixed.
It is the highest 1 year rate on the market that does not require a current account. KBC pay 0.50% AER fixed without a current account and 0.75% AER fixed with a current account if you comply with bonus conditions.
With Rabo money floating around this might be of interest to some.

I reckon they are trying to get their hands on some of the Rabo money. No sign that it's part of a general increase -- their two and three year rates are lower. Well, they'll probably be getting some of my money, much as it pains me to have to deal with them again.
