Ulster Bank - change to Tracker?

I've just been told that Ulster Bank had a notice in todays Irish Independent along the lines that they are rounding up their tracking rates...I don't have a copy of the paper to verify...does anyone know if this is true?

We have a tracker with them so I'd like to know what's going on...

I suspect that it was a notice telling those on trackers that their rate would be falling in line with the ECB rate.
