Im afraid to say Jane Howard and the UB website is not correct. Im in scope and whilst an offer was made in Feb, Im still to be paid my R and C!

They made an offer to you? Was there a reason why you didn't accept? Very odd. Most of us identified as in scope didn't receive an offer.

It is now June 1st. Not one poster has said on this forum that the Ombudsman has made either a preliminary or a final decision.for or against.

Mine, post final response, has been with the Ombudsman 2 years (since final response). This is a flipping joke.
