Ulster Ulster Bank appeal pack - 5 weeks and waiting

I sent off the signed form page five weeks ago after being advised by post that I must do all correspondence this way. I have a history of letters not being received by UB. Is 5 weeks long enough to remind them once again ? Anyone give me some ball park figures regarding the time to wait to get this form ?

It took about 2/3 weeks to get appeal pack but everything else took multiple phonecalls and many weeks so ring them

Well done, I'm waiting 7 months for a response!!! I've sent numerous emails and letters. I have missed a few phone calls from them during working hours, when I can't take the call. I can't then return the call as they finish around the same time as me!!!
