The ECB Deposit rate did go as low as -0.5% but I presume that the Main Refinancing Operations rate is the relevant one here and that bottomed out at 0%?

yep - thread is regarding a mortgage, so the relevant ecb rate which trackers were based on was 0% at its lowest
