Just a quick question. I assume going bankruppt in the north is the same as going to the UK. The rules regarding COMI are the same
Due to us changing our mind daily about going bankrupt and trying to stay and pay our debts we have very little money left and rents seem cheaper in the north than the uk. I know we have little chance of getting a job but you never know.
