Does anyone know of a lender that does self-certified mortgages on a property in the Republic of Ireland?

I am putting down a large deposit of 70% of the total value of the property. I am a self-employed UK citizen.

Self cert. mortgages aren't available in the Republic under the same terms as they are in the UK however Bank of Scotland and PTSB have schemes whereby your accountant can confirm that your tax affairs are up to date and that your income is sufficient to service the loan without having to provide full accounts. These are for investment properties rather than homeloans (which I presume you are looking for if you are a UK resident?).
