I am due to acquire a new lease car through my employer in July 09. I have read various postings elsewhere on the web which suggest that the QUALEC threshold was reduced last year from 120 to 110g/km. I am planning to get a Volvo S50 DRIVe which comes in at 118g/km but obviously if the above change has been made, I would not qualify. Can anyone assist? The HMRC website still states that the limit is 120.
