UK Pension - summary updates

I mentioned this on another thread. I phoned HMRC 3 times last week. I managed to get the payment done and each person I spoke to told me it would be over 60 weeks before the payment was processed. They told me they have a massive backlog.
 
I paid for multiple years in September 2024. I phoned in January 2025 and was told it could take up to 50 weeks. My forecast is still not updated on the app.
 
Just rang HMRC this morning at 8.30 am to explain my back paid 18 years were not fully updated. The lady said yes I can see that on your account and she will sort it out straight away. Checked at 9am and all the years were fully updated. Well worth the call.

I paid for 18 years on the 1st of Dec 2024 and 14 weeks later it was fully allocated. As I paid the full letter and made one phone call around mid Jan 2025 it was probably fairly straightforward. They had told me it would take 57 weeks.
