UK Mortgage

Does anyone have advice on whether any Irish banks do mortgages on UK property. Most of the UK banks have early redemption penalties (circa 5%) which make them unattractive options as they are inflexible. I would rather not use my Irish home as collatoral. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try Bankof Scotland and Perm TSB (I think)

They will do a sterling mortgage for you
