UK Gas Cooker

We are thinking of buying a gas range-style cooker in N.Ireland - because it works out much cheaper than down here. My main worries are that we may have problems getting it fitted and there might be a safety issue? We will be using bulk LPG. Any advice would be appreciated.

Your NI supplier should know if they're are any compatability issues and at least if you buy based on the dealers word you'll have comeback if it doesn't work out I'd have thought? Put the onus on the supplier I say.

We bought a belling cooker (gas hob, electric oven) up north for our place and had absolutely no compatability problems. That said we use bottled gas for it.
