UB fixed rates updated

New fixed rates from UB available from today.

3 year loyalty plus at 2.75% for <60% LTV

There are some good prices there. 4 year fixed at 2.6% for people on a LTV < 80%.

UB have had a 4-year fix @2.6%, at that LTV, since last July.

Previously that rate was only available on loans over €300k, with an LTV<80% whereas it is now available to (1) First Time Buyers borrowing €200k or more, with LTV of up to 90% and a Loan to Income ratio of up to 3.5 times; (2) customers switching their mortgage from another lender without seeking any additional top-up who are borrowing €200k or more, with LTV of up to 90%; or (3) all other customers borrowing €200,000 or more, with LTV of up to 80% and a LTI ratio of up to 3.5 times.
