TV and Sky rebroadcast

Is there a gadget available that can be plugged into the back of the sky box and that will send the signal to a TV elsewhere in the house without the need for wiring? There used to be something that would send the signal from a VCR, but when I asked in my local electrical shop today they looked at me as if I had two heads (no pun intended, although its probably lost on anyone who was reared on DVD players).

If anyone has one and can advise on range, performance etc. it would be helpful
 
the one in that link will not let you change the sky box station from the second tv. You can get ones that the sender plugs into the RF outlet with a voltage on the back of the sky box, you then turn on the RF outlet and tune the second TV to the reciever.
There are cheap ones and expensive ones. The cheap ones will have interference from internet wireless routers if there's one close by.
There a good piece of kit.
