TV and BB options for apartment - no dish allowed

Just wondering has anyone managed to get a decent BB and/or TV deal without using a Sky dish due to the usual restrictions on dishes by management companies. Currently have VM and use a kodi box. They threw in the TV for while but 55 for BB is still too much and just wondering could I just get a TV deal separately without requiring BB at all. I am aware of Saorview giving me limited channels but is there a 'freesat' equivalent ?
 
Sky are launching a broadband based streaming service that won't require a dish, but that will be far from free. Saorview connect will also give you streaming, but without a dish, you won't get the freesat channels.
 
If you can find a good sky new customer price and speak to loyalty in virgin media, they may be able to offer you an equivalent deal over 12 months. Just because you can't get a sky dish, doesn't mean virgin media need to know that :)
