Do the people processing TRS1 applications ring you back to tell you how much you are owed etc? i got a missed call earlier from the collector general's offices in limerick but when i rang back they couldnt help me as they didnt know who was dealing with my case. i sent my application back in early august so im guessing the time frame would be right.
