This one's a bit complicated, so I'll give some background details:

I have a half share in an apartment that I bought back in 2003. I was receiving TRS on the mortgage up until I moved out about 2 years ago - the place is now rented out.

This time last year I bought a house with my fiance in a way that put her name soley on the deeds but with both our names on the mortgage. We were able to avoid paying stamp duty this way as I was not a FTB. We've since married. I'm still a bit unsure how we managed to get away with this, but I've been assured it's all above board!!

My question is: We haven't sorted out our TRS yet - Do I still qualify for this even though I've already availed of it for around 5 years?
