I bought a house off plan in 2004 with a longtime girlfriend. When the house was completed in 2006 and ready to move into, we decided to go our seperate ways. She moved to the UK and I moved into the house. I claim TRS for myself, but she cannot claim TRS and she is no longer ordinarily resident in Ireland.
Or is there a way of claiming for her allocation of TRS as the property is still shared between us on the mortage.
