trouble using Utorrent

everytime i use utorrent it only allows me download one file, after that the connection fails and connectivity diagnositics identifies a problem with connection which needs a computer restart to resolve.

any ideas on how to fix problem?

winsock provider catalog

the conection diagnositics constantly shows a problem with the above when i lose conectivity, usually happens after i use utorrent or bit torrents software.

is their a way to set up the winscock provider to allow it to comunicate with utorrent software?
