My health insurance is due again and I'm cringing at the renewal price.
I spend 5.5 months in the Canaries during the winter and they won't cover any GP,s, dental, etc.
They also won't give me travel insurance cover because I'm away for more than 45 days.
They won't give me any information on how/what my €100,000 emergency cover abroad covers.
I have an E11 card.
I do not have private Spanish health insurance.
Should I have?
I've been advised to swop residencies and it would all be cheaper.
I can't be the only one doing this, so can anyone give me guidance please ?
