I have some shares with Computershare and Fidelity (the US based entities, not Irish/UK based ones) from company share schemes. I want to move these to a single account to simplify things and am currently trying to figure out how to do it. I'm wondering has anyone done this? I have an IBKR account setup to move the shares into.

Initiating from IBKR seems like I should use the ACATS (Automated Customer Account Transfer Service) method. Seems simple enough. Has anyone done this?

I looked at initiating from the Computershare side and they require a Medallion Signature Guarantee which doesn't seem practical to obtain. I think the DRS (Direct Registration System) method is the way to go. Has anyone done this?
Any pointers? I'd rather not mess it up and end up paying extra fees - they seem to charge more if it doesn't work than if it does.
