Transferring money abroad

i was just wondering is it possible for me to transfer money from ireland to a family members credit card account who lives in canada? any info would be great. thanks.

I've used InterPay to transfer money to a relative's bank account in Canada recently. I did it through my Bank of Ireland branch. Interpay or similiar is probably available to you through your bank.

I presume that a credit card account is similiar to a normal bank account in that an IBAN number (International bank number) is available.
