I want to transfer my family home over to my son. No money involved. I'm just giving it to him. The house is completely paid for and there are no strings or debts attached etc etc.
There could be money involved in the form of Gift tax - thresholds apply - if the propery value is in excess of these they the receipient will need to pay the tax.
