Hi all. I've been asked is it possible to transfer songs from a now non-used but working x-box crystal into a laptop/pc? The x-box only has an ethernet connection(no usb)
I'm not an Xbox expert, but I understand that Micro$oft have built-in restrictions on the Xbox that may disallow direct access to it from another device. 
One alternative might be to burn them to CD / DVD on the Xbox and move them that way.
Ordinarily I would suggest connecting the PC and the Xbox with an Ethernet cable (you may need an Ethernet crossover cable) and copy (FTP or whatever) them across, but the security on the Xbox may not allow this.
Have you tried any of the Xbox user forums?
